Branch Leader Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned operational leader to join our team.
* You will lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve sales, profit and stock targets.
* You will oversee branch operations including Sales, Trade, Plaster board warehouse, drive financial performance and build strong customer relationships.
* You will maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and branch presentation, monitor stock levels, coordinate logistics and manage vehicle/forklift maintenance.
* You will ensure accurate order entry, quotation processing and timely delivery, represent the branch at trade events, meetings and customer functions.
We require a proven leader with commercial focus, experience in stock control, warehouse operations or logistics, highly organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and large teams.
* Strong communicator who builds culture and develops people.
