Electrical Supervisor Job Description
The Western Harbour Tunnel project requires an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems within tunnel infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of electrical works to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Ensure adherence to high-risk construction activities and relevant safety documentation.
* Collaborate with civil and tunnelling teams to align works with program deadlines and milestones.
* Review installation methodologies for all electrical installations, ensuring correct use of equipment such as winches.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing electrical works in tunneling or major infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of electrical and control systems within the tunneling environment is also essential.
Familiarity with industry safety standards and excellent communication and leadership skills to work with multidisciplinary teams are required.
