We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Business Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage and lead cross-functional integration projects, developing strategic project plans in alignment with overall business directions and schedules;
* Support management teams by providing quantitative analysis on project benefits, facilitating stakeholder communication and negotiation;
* Analyse current state processes and develop future-state plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization planning activities;
* Support continuous improvement of group operations and governance, promoting organizational efficiency, analyzing work flows and system platforms, and proposing improvement plans;
* Facilitate change management projects, identifying duplicated functions and realizing cost savings through integration;
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree;
* Japanese and English language skills - Business level or above;
* Management consulting and operational improvement experience;
* Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills;
* Project planning and implementation skill with multiple internal and external parties;
* Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy;
* Ability to deliver results, maintain business focus, and work well with people;
* Microsoft Office skills at a strong level.
