This role involves training and mentoring electrical apprentices in both school-based and full-time pathways.
The position provides Mon to Friday predictable hours, much less physical demanding than site work, and the opportunity to play a key role in developing the next generation of electricians.
The employer will fund Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) for suitable candidates who do not already hold it.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver electrical training to apprentices (mature and school age)Prepare and assess training materials and units of competencyConduct employer visits to support apprentice progressWork collaboratively with senior trainers and the Electrical Manager to ensure quality outcomes Skills and ExperienceTrade qualified ElectricianStrong communication skills with a flexible and approachable training styleHave you supervised Apprentices in your trade?
