Join MAF International as a Turbine Engine Specialist. Your work as a Turbine Engine Specialist will directly support this mission by keeping our fleet secure, efficient, and ready to serve. The preferred location for this role is at one of MAF International's operational bases, with an ideal commencement in Q4 2025; some flexibility may be considered.

MAF International is seeking an experienced Turbine Engine Specialist (TES) to join our Technical Operations Team, supporting our global fleet and ensuring mission-ready turbine engines in some of the world's most remote and challenging locations.

Responsibilities 
Provide expert support on engine performance, health monitoring, and troubleshooting 
Coordinate overhauls, engine exchanges, and major repairs 
Analyse ECTM data to track engine trends and performance 
Contribute to audits, vendor evaluations, and configuration decisions 
Support strategic decisions around fleet cost and life-cycle planning 
Promote best practices for turbine engine maintenance across the organisation 
Assist in developing training materials and provide technical support to field engineers 
Occasionally represent MAF at OEM and industry events

Experience interpreting engine data and applying findings to maintenance planning

Qualifications, Skills & Experience 
Essential: 
ICAO License applicable to MAF-operated turbine engine aircraft (PT6A preferred) 
Strong understanding of turbine engine performance and reliability 
Significant hands-on experience with turbine engines in the field 
Experience with engine procurement and overhaul coordination 
Ability to work in remote teams and communicate across cultures 
Logical, thorough, and solutions-oriented approach 
Desirable: 
Industry-recognised ECTM training and experience with CAMP EHM 
Familiarity with aviation authority regulations and MAF operating environments 
Experience in a Chief Engineer or Technical Manager role 
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
