About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to provide relieving administrative support. The role involves a variety of tasks, including calendar coordination, governance, risk management, policy framework assistance, policy development and review, as well as administration of agendas, minutes, correspondence, submissions and special projects as required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills,strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. This position is key to ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining the continuity of executive support during the Executive Assistant's absence.
Relieving positions may include the following Executive Assistant roles:
* EA to the Director of Corporate Services and the Director of Nursing
* EA to the Director of Primary and Preventative Health
* EA to the Director of Medical Services
* EA to the Director of National Centre for Farmer Health
About You:
Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrate a high level of competence and computing skills across a range of software programs
* Previous EA experience in a similar role, particularly in managing executive level tasks
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or sector can be advantageous
* Relevant qualification in business administration, office management or related field can be beneficial, however is not essential
* Demonstrate the ability to proactively manage relationships. Strong skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders professionally and courteously
* Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
* Display professional customer service qualities
* Work independently with minimal supervision. Must have a high level of detail and be experienced in producing executive level documentation for both internal and external customers.
