Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Wondabyne, NSW. The Customer Service Representative will handle a variety of tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product and service information, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skillsExperience in managing Customer Experience and ensuring efficient resolution of issuesDemonstrated ability to cultivate positive and professional relationships with diverse customersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in relevant computer software and customer relationship management toolsPrevious experience in a customer-facing role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service are advantageous
