About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floor & Wall Tiler Tradie to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression within our growing company.
We do everything from new builds, renovations, pools & surrounds to stone work and waterproofing.
What you'll be doing
* Accurately measuring, cutting, and installing tiles on floors and walls using the appropriate tools and techniques
* Preparing surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying adhesives or grout as required
* Epoxy grout & epoxy primer installation
* Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all tiling projects
* Collaborating with the project team to understand and meet client requirements
* Complying with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
* Hold a valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order
* Work uniform & PPE included
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications as a Floor & Wall Tiler, with relevant industry experience
* Strong technical skills in tile installation, including the ability to read and interpret plans
* Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Effective communication skills and a customer focused approach
* Commitment to workplace health and safety
