The Role :
This senior position offers exposure to a broad range of complex and high value commercial matters across diverse industries, acting for clients in the private, public and government sectors. You'll work closely with an accomplished group of partners and lawyers on strategic transactions, including business and share sales, commercial contracting, and major procurement and tender projects. The position involves drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, alongside advisory work in areas such as Australian Consumer Law, risk management and modern slavery compliance.
