About the Opportunity: We are looking for the industry's finest Sommeliers to join our opening team to deliver a best-in-class wine experience. You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine. This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery, upkeep and maintenance of the wine cellar.
Full time and Casual Opportunities Available. You will have the opportunity to work alongside - and be mentored by - some of the industry's most respected professionals, including Paolo Sacccone, Loic Avril and Yuki Hirose.
* Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant
* Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine
* Passion for wine and the industry
* Exceptional service skills
* Excellent communication and organisation
* Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
* Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
* Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
* WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
* Available to work a rotating roster
