This newly created portfolio is growing fast, and the business is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a high-quality, local portfolio.

About the Role You'll be managing a clean portfolio of 120 new build properties, steadily growing to 200 local properties.
With strong internal systems, modern tech, and a highly supportive team, you can focus on what really matters: building relationships, delivering great service, and managing your day effectively.
This role is Monday–Friday only - no weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities
Full management of a local residential portfolio
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Oversee rent reviews, maintenance, leasing coordination, and compliance
Work closely with a supportive team including leasing and admin assistance
Ensure high service standards are consistently met
