You will be paid a competitive rate of $31.21 per hour, plus Superannuation.
Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include cleaning barracks floors by vacuuming and mopping, maintaining a presentable environment, and other tasks such as cleaning ablution rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, ensuring hygiene standards are met, changing bed linens, making beds, and replenishing toiletries and towels, dusting and wiping down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian citizen, eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance up to the Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) level. You will also need to provide a 20-year background check for yourself and your family, including travel and criminal history, hold a valid Australian driver's license, and undergo an Australian Federal Police check. If hired, you will need to obtain and maintain DCAC clearance, initiated by the DBS Security team.

Becoming a Cleaner
This is a part-time cleaning position with great hours and a supportive work environment. No experience is required – full training will be provided. The job involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires attention to detail and ability to work independently. You must be physically fit and able to kneel, lift, walk up and down stairs, perform the required cleaning tasks, and stand for 4 hours or more.
