About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating casework services that cater to the needs of vulnerable children and young people. Your responsibilities will include providing operational leadership, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation, and delivering high-quality services to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure effective service delivery.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement programs that meet the unique needs of each client.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to promote collaboration and improve outcomes for children and young people.
* Ensure that all services are delivered within a trauma-informed framework, promoting the well-being and safety of our clients.

What We Are Looking For:
* A tertiary qualification in social work, community services, management, or a related field.
* Demonstrated understanding of child protection and statutory child protection frameworks.
* Proven leadership skills and ability to supervise staff effectively.
* Experience in casework, program management, service development, and review.
