The Financial Controller role plays a pivotal part in establishing best practices across the finance function.
You will initially lead a team of one and be hands-on across all aspects of banking, tax, payroll, and month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Business partnering support to executive leaders and key stakeholders including boards of directors, banks, auditors, and national agencies.
* You will oversee all organizational financial management, including management & financial reporting, audit processes, tax, cash flow, funding, bank covenant reporting, budget, and forecast processes.
* Financial modelling to support strategic decision-making, including analysis of changes to funding and providing recommendations to executive leaders.
* You will develop the organization's new strategy, vision, and purpose as part of a senior leadership group.
