Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute daily engineering tasks across a senior team
* Work closely with customers to ensure high-quality product development
* Contribute to architecture discussions, prioritisation, and system optimisation
* Develop and maintain scalable systems on Azure
Requirements
* 3+ years leading teams or managing technical delivery in engineering-heavy environments
* 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, preferably with Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL
* Hands-on experience with AI-powered products, including LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc)
* Strong understanding of APIs, agentic frameworks, MCP, RPA, vector databases, and distributed systems
* Ability to ship scalable systems on Azure with strong grounding in API design and real-time collaboration features
