We seek a Sales Team Member to join our client's team and play a crucial role in promoting and selling scooters & mobility products. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing sales team calendars, assisting with expos and events, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.
**THE ROLE**
- Handle sales and product inquiries via phone calls.
- Coordinate equipment trials both internally and at customer locations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to showroom visitors, concluding sales as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to maintain contracts and foster long-term relationships.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales transactions and warranty records.
- Manage product details in databases and allocate assets to clients.
- Support the sales team during expos and events.
- Maintain showroom displays and stock control.
- Process stock purchase orders and undertake data entry tasks as required.
- Conduct weekly reconciliations and perform other reasonable duties as needed.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is experience.
- A current driver's licence is essential, as well as a willingness to learn or the ability to drive a manual car.
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
- Professional phone and customer relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Effective time management and communication skills.
- High level of personal integrity.
