Job Description

As a seasoned Commissioning Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading mechanical commissioning teams on projects. This role involves project management, strengthening client relationships, and driving day-to-day business operations. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with some of our most unique clients, collaborating on unrivalled building commissioning solutions.

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining and improving our relationship with clients, managing the scope and looking for opportunities to provide additional services that would benefit clients.
* Identifying, monitoring, and supporting attainment of net fee booked plans by driving consistent communication across the organisation, in coordination with commissioning practice leaders.
* Assisting and collaborating within the commissioning sector and with other sector and service leaders in defining opportunities and engagement strategies for clients.
* Serving as a key client manager for selected clients, driving the identification and development of new business opportunities in the commissioning market, including strategy for positioning, proposing, and presenting on business development campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertaking technical assessments of project schedules, drawings, manuals, and technical submittals.
* Developing commissioning implementation plans, schedules, reports, checklists, and test scripts.
* Providing technical advice to clients in respect of project and operational risk.
* Working closely with general contractor's team in developing commissioning strategies and processes which align fully with project objectives.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled professional who possesses the following qualifications:

* Tertiary qualifications in Electrical (university or TAFE) - highly advantageous.
* Demonstrated experience in commissioning or facility engineering, preferably working in Data Centre / Health sectors.
* Experience with equipment inspections, Factory Witness Test / Factory Acceptance Tests.
* Commitment to quality, improvement, and HDR values.
