About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
1. Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
3. Able to work independently and as part of a team to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
5. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
