We're now looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our leadership team. This is your chance to combine hands-on leadership with meaningful participant engagement in a role where no two days are the same.
The Role
As a Team Leader, you'll be the go-to person for your team, providing guidance, solving challenges, and making sure our services run smoothly. From supporting staff through 1:1 reviews to coordinating rosters, overseeing incident management, and ensuring compliance, you'll be across both the people and operational sides of our work.
This is a full-time position where you'll spend time both on the floor and behind the scenes, balancing leadership, administration, and participant engagement.
What You'll Do
* Lead, mentor, and support a passionate team, conducting regular 1:1 reviews and building a positive workplace culture.
* Oversee rosters, fill shifts, and keep operations running smoothly.
* Conduct site visits, connect with participants, and provide real-time feedback to staff.
* Review daily shift notes, incident reports, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
* Manage WH&S checks, medication charts, and end-of-month reporting.
* Complete site-specific action tasks, ensuring appointments, supplies, and communication are handled efficiently.

What We're Looking For
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in disability, aged care, or community services.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
* Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
* Confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office, Securicare, Synology, and Proda.
* Understanding of WH&S and incident management requirements.
Must Have:
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Current driver's licence
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
