Driver/Packer Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to fill the role of driver/packer. The ideal candidate will possess a Victorian Driver's License, be physically fit, and exhibit good communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

* Warehouse duties: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and delivery of products.
* Preparing and packing orders: Accurately prepare and pack orders for delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
* Loading vans: Safely load vans with orders, considering weight and balance.
* Delivering orders: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to customers.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Organizational ability: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean workspace.
* Physical capabilities: Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in cold environments.
* Industry experience (preferred): Familiarity with the fruit industry, including handling and storing perishable products.
* Effective customer communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
* Independent work: Self-motivated and able to work independently, making decisions and taking responsibility for tasks.
* Integrity and commitment: Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a strong commitment to the job.
