Overview
School Crossing Supervisor – Casual – Albury Local Government Area. You're ready to show up and make an impact on your local community. You take safety seriously and are passionate about delivering safety outcomes so that everyone goes home safely every day. This is a casual position providing relief at sites in the Albury Local Government Area. Shifts may fall between school zone hours 8.00 to 9.30 AM and 2.30 to 4.00 PM, with a minimum of one hour shift as required Monday to Friday during the school term. You will receive an hourly rate along with superannuation.
Responsibilities
* Become a Road Safety Hero held in high esteem in the community and vital to the safety of children, parents, teachers and local motorists.
* Grow into a familiar local presence around the school with opportunities to positively influence families.
* Help ensure the safety of school children by assisting with crosswalks and related safety duties.

* You are a community-minded person who would like to contribute.
* You enjoy building community relationships, keeping kids safe, and earning a weekly wage doing something you love.
* You are reliable and prepared to show up for your community in good or bad weather.
* You display effective communication skills and stay alert to potential dangers.
Requirements & Checks
* Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
* All training, uniforms and equipment will be provided.
* Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment is vital, as you'll be working with children on roads.
* If you already have a Working with Children Check, that will speed up the process.
