We're on the hunt for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio in Newcastle. This is a Monday–Friday role with flexible hours, no trust accounting, and a dedicated leasing and admin team behind you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties (all local, great landlords)
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance through trusted trades
- Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and periodic inspections
- Supported by a leasing consultant and admin team — you're never alone

About You:
- You've got at least 2 years of experience in residential property management
- You're organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- You know PropertyMe (or you're quick to pick up new systems)
- You have your NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- You have a reliable car and driver's license
