Port Hedland is a town in the Pilbara region, situated on the north coast of Western Australia. We are currently seeking 2 x Stores Administration Roles to join our division. About the role: Goodline require a Stores Administrator to join our Port Hedland team. This role is responsible for ensuring that the administrative side of our tool store and warehouse is running efficiently. Duties include: Liaising with vendors to source and procure parts General administration tasks and paperwork handling Tracking tool & equipment movements Checking off delivery dockets against goods received Monitoring & maintaining stock & consumables Arranging transport/freight Loading/unloading of freight Issuing company uniforms & PPE Raising purchase orders About you: Manual driver's license Forklift Ticket You will be self-motivated and passionate about all aspects of administration delivery. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and time management with an ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks within set deadlines. You will be detail orientated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, and outlook is required.
