About the role
In this senior-level development role, you'll help shape the next generation of health-focused products—spanning sports nutrition, hydration, functional beverages, plant-based alternatives, and wellness formulations. You'll play an integral part in concept creation, formulation, testing, and commercialization, ensuring products meet both nutritional and sensory excellence.
Working closely with a highly capable technical and culinary team, you'll identify new ingredient technologies, manage development pipelines, and balance creative innovation with practical, regulatory, and commercial needs.

Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a mix of scientific knowledge, creative product thinking, and a deep understanding of the nutrition and wellness category.
* Demonstrated experience in product development for nutrition, wellness, or functional food categories.
* Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality, formulation, and product stability.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements and nutritional labelling.
* Ability to manage projects from concept through to commercialisation.
* Great communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
