Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) 
- Meet & greet passengers like they’re VIPs (because they are). 
- Be the human GPS — wayfinding, guiding, and problem‑solving on the fly. 
- Provide wheelchair assistance with care, dignity, and a smile. 
- Keep queues moving and stress levels low. 
- Jump into ad‑hoc tasks to keep the airport experience seamless. 
What You Bring to the Crew 
- Possibly language(s) in addition to English 
- Reliability, presentation, and a “let’s make it happen” attitude 
- Customer service experience (aviation, hospitality, tourism, or events a plus) 
- Physical fitness to handle luggage up to 32kg (for baggage handling shifts) 
- A knack for making people feel at ease 
- Fluent English and confident communication
