Qualifications & experience
* Minimum 7 years' experience in civil construction, project management, or related fields.
* Proven ability to successfully deliver projects.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Desirable: Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a building‑related discipline.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Supervise and inspect civil construction works to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, standards, codes, regulations, and drawings.
* Lead project supervision and act as a primary client interface for assigned civil and infrastructure projects.
* Prepare daily diaries, inspection reports, recommendations, variations, measurements, and field sketches.
* Procure goods and services in line with client procurement frameworks.
* Verify contractor reports, claims, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
* Act as Superintendent's Representative Nominee when required.
* Undertake regular remote travel across the Northern Territory, including light aircraft travel.
