Position Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Specialist to join the International Sales Organization (ISO). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving transformation activities and ensuring smooth transitions across the geographies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of change management principles. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Design and execute change management plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Ensure alignment with the overall transformation goals of the Sales Organization. Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams across different regions to understand their unique challenges and requirements. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure consistent implementation of change initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Build strong relationships to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems. Provide ongoing support to address any concerns or issues that arise during the transition. Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Track the progress of change initiatives and measure their impact on the organization. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure that change initiatives are implemented smoothly and effectively. Communication: Create and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications to keep employees informed about upcoming changes and their benefits. Basic Qualifications: BA in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 5 Proven experience in change management, preferably within a sales or global organization. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP). Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different regions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects. Knowledge of the sales industry and its unique challenges. Personal Attributes: Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and results-oriented. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Empathetic and supportive, with a focus on employee well-being. This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the U.S. The base salary range budgeted for this position is $107,300 – $130,000.
