The Role
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals and overseeing multi-channel customer service operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a customer service team
- Oversee customer service operations across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels

Skills and Experience
- 6+ years' leadership experience in Customer Service
