The support worker plays a crucial role in assisting and supporting young people to engage in learning.

The Role
1. This position involves working collaboratively with teachers, other support workers, wellbeing staff, and school leadership to provide comprehensive support services for young people.
2. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of youth work and/or social work theories and practices in this challenging yet rewarding role.
The employee in this position is required to be adaptable, flexible and able to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong communication skills are also essential for building relationships with students, colleagues and parents/guardians.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of youth work principles and practices as well as relevant qualifications or experience. Experience working with children/young people from diverse backgrounds is highly desirable.
