Technical Support Specialist
* We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic ICT team in Mount Barker, SA.
* This role is the primary contact point for staff requiring assistance to resolve complex ICT system, hardware and software issues.
* Main responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support via various channels including walk-in, ticketing system, phone or email.
* Troubleshooting hardware and software problems, resolving them efficiently and escalating where necessary.
* Offering support in organisational software, including but not limited to Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint and Salesforce.
