At batyr, we pride ourselves on building meaningful, needs-led relationships with our school partners to ensure the delivery of relatable, engaging and high-impact programs for young people. The Delivery Coordinator will use their relationship-building skills to foster strong and trusting relationships with school partners across Queensland and Northern New South Wales to book batyr's preventative mental health education programs. The Delivery Coordinator will support both the on-the-ground coordination and facilitation of these programs, providing a unique opportunity to witness first-hand the impact of batyr's programs and offerings.

The role has the freedom to look creatively at other ways of developing and solidifying relationships with stakeholders and young people; always with the ultimate goal of extending our reach and impact through batyr's offerings. The role will maintain efficient processes and structures, with a proactive approach to evaluate and adapt processes where necessary as we scale. All program logistics will be recorded in batyr's CRM system (Salesforce) accurately and efficiently to ensure quality relationship management and smooth sailing for program delivery.

The Delivery Coordinator will work closely with batyr's Program Managers to ensure program booking and delivery targets are reached while also sustaining engagement of school partners and young people.

All candidates will need to hold a current Working with Children's Check (Blue Card) or be willing to obtain these within one (1) month of starting the role.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong mutually beneficial relationships with schools, community stakeholders, ensuring we understand their needs to have the greatest impact through our programs
* Sustain batyr's impact by reaching program booking targets through communication with new and retention school partners, utilising methods such as sales processes.
* Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of batyr's offerings and their impact
* Ensure the high quality of programs is achieved and maintained through on-the-ground delivery and coordination, as well as assisting feedback loops regarding the successes and challenges of program logistics and quality
* Effectively use our CRM system (Salesforce) to optimise relationships and increase outputs
* Travel across QLD/NNSW, including regional and remote areas, when required to meet with key stakeholders and deliver programs
* Assist the Program Managers with ad hoc tasks and events when required
* Active interest in tackling the stigma around mental health
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisation skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience working with and/or engaging young people
* Track record of achieving set targets
* Current driver's licence
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children's Check or willingness to get one)
* Experience in a customer service role
* Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
