We are looking for a Commercial Property Management Assistant to liaise with tenants, contractors, suppliers and provide clerical support to management.
What you'll be doing:
1. Follow up tenants for invoices not yet paid or due within a week for Water Corp, Land Tax & Council
2. Receiving in of all statutory charges (Land Tax, Council Rates) and updating spreadsheet.
3. Liaise with tenants, contractors, Water Corporation, Council Authorities, Office of State Revenue
4. Report issues advised by tenants to PM and to relevant contractor
5. Organising keys to be collected by Contractors
6. Liaison with Lessor of Premises for repairs & maintenance
7. Requesting quotes from contractors
8. Drafting PM documents (leases, management authorities)
9. Provides clerical support to management as required including updating Cirrus 8 template letters for: lease expiry, rent reviews, management authorities, VO budgets and reconciliations
10. Property inspections
11. Following up and processing Owner, Tenant and Contractor Insurances.
12. Assist with insurance claims
13. Reception duties
What you'll need:
14. 2 years of EXPERIENCE in Real Estate as an administrator, receptionist or property manager
15. Microsoft Office skills
16. EXCELLENT verbal and writing communication skills
17. Conflict resolution abilities
