Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Investment Operations team, responsible for Reference Data Management with a strong focus on securities setup and maintenance. The role involves ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely setup of financial instruments across asset classes, while working closely with market data vendors such as Bloomberg.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform end-to-end securities setup and maintenance across asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Funds.
* Validate and enrich instrument data using vendor sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and other market data providers.
* Manage daily data quality checks, exception handling, and reconciliation of reference data across internal systems.
* Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, and Technology teams to resolve data discrepancies and support trade lifecycle processes.
* Maintain data governance standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and vendor onboarding activities.
* Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and audit documentation related to reference data activities
