Business Development Leader
This role involves leading a high-performing sales team in Queensland, visiting General Practitioners (GPs) and Health Care Professionals (HCPs) across QLD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and ensuring execution of regional sales plans, targets, and budgets within national sales and marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include analysing and using regional market data, identifying regional/national business opportunities, and providing market environment feedback through monthly reporting.
* Developing strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals to drive the growth of our life-changing product portfolio.
* Managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results.
* Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of field visits, managing team administration, and utilising expenses effectively.
* Working in accordance with Business Ethics procedures, local law, and Novo Nordisk policies and guidelines.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences, Marketing, or a business field.
* Strong pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally with leadership experience, planning skills, and commercial acumen.
* A current driver's license and ability to commit to regular travel to country areas.
* Full working rights in Australia.
