Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Chef: Assist with food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen maintenance.
2. Cover Chef Absences: Take charge of kitchen operations when the chef is away.
3. Trolley Preparation: Prepare trolleys for classroom use.
4. Dishwashing: Wash dishes, load the dishwasher, and put them away.
5. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
6. Cleaning Duties: Perform daily cleaning tasks as per kitchen checklists.
7. Cooking Lessons: Assist with cooking lessons for the children.
8. Dietary Needs: Be aware of all children's dietary requirements.
9. Stock Management: Help maintain stock levels.
