Position Overview:We are seeking skilled Technical Support Technicians to join our team in Mulgrave NSW. This role combines the responsibilities of a helpdesk technician and a hands-on technical support specialist. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our diverse range of products, with a strong focus on IP security products such as IP cameras and NVRs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for IP security products, including troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
* Handle helpdesk support requests, offering timely and efficient solutions to customer queries.
* Work extensively with IP networking, requiring a solid understanding of network configuration, diagnosis, and management.
* Assist with the support and maintenance of a broad range of products offered by RhinoCo Technology. Familiarity with our product range (as listed on our website) is essential.
* Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in technical support, particularly with IP security products.
* Strong knowledge of IP networking, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.
Salary: The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. In Australia, technical support roles in similar industries typically offer salaries ranging from AUD $60,000 to $90,000 per annum. The final offer will depend on the candidate's experience and skills.
