Job Title: Manhattan WMS Consultant
Location: Melbourne/Sydney, Australia
Skills & Experience:
* Provide application development and support services for Manhattan WMS, including incidents, problems, requests, and system health checks.
* Configure, integrate, and enhance WMS functionalities to meet business requirements.
* Support batch and critical system processes, user management, and access provisioning.
* Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
* Coordinate with product vendors for L3/L4 assistance and manage escalations.
* Analyze business requirements, participate in user story grooming, and support QA/testing services.
* Participate in release management, deployment, and post-production support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) and participate in governance and reporting routines.
* Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service management procedures.
* Support transition, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.
