**Position Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand/Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. The role is essential in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Dishwashing**: Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently.
- **Kitchen Cleaning**: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen by cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment.
- **Waste Management**: Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately and keep waste areas organized and tidy.
- **Stock Assistance**: Assist in unpacking, organizing, and storing deliveries in the kitchen or storage areas.
- **Team Support**: Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and other duties as required.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided.
