Senior Clinical Research Associate I (Melbourne - home based) is a position for clinical monitoring professionals at Syneos Health. The role involves site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‐out activities, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.

Responsibilities
* Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and close‐out visits (onsite or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practices (GPP) and protocol compliance.
* Use judgment and experience to evaluate overall performance of site and staff, provide recommendations, and develop action plans with escalation of serious issues.
* Maintain knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and relevant regulations and company SOPs/processes.
* Provide line management support with a focus on team collaboration.
* Value expertise, listen to voices, and work as a team to drive innovation.
* Contribute to a forward‐thinking CRO environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualifications.
* Minimum of 4 years of independent clinical monitoring experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Good time management skills and demonstrate critical thinking.
* Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand (open to visa transfer sponsorship in AUS).
