Austal Graduate Program
The Austal Graduate Program offers practical experience and exposure across all areas of our business. You will work on innovative vessel development, from propulsion and structural design to electrical systems and automation, or support our operations through financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success and operational excellence.
We have graduate roles available in the following disciplines:
* Business / Finance
* Program Management
* Engineering - Electrical
The program includes rotations across multiple functions such as Production, Procurement, Design, Engineering, Commercial, and Programs, providing comprehensive exposure to our operations.
About You
* Final year students in 2025 or recent graduates not yet in professional employment.
