Known for outstanding service and expert advice, we continue to grow our national network — and we’re now looking for an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our Burleigh team.

About the role
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will help oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, support the team, and maintain a safe, organised and high‑performing site.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting daily warehouse operations and workflow
* Coaching and guiding warehouse staff
* Maintaining safety standards and compliance
* Overseeing receiving, dispatch and customer order coordination
* Conducting cycle counts, audits and stock control
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
About you
You’ll bring solid warehouse experience, strong leadership qualities and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* 2+ years’ warehouse experience, including 1+ year in a lead or supervisory position
* Open manual vehicle licence and current LF forklift licence
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* The ability to motivate and lead a team
* Good attention to detail and understanding of KPIs and warehouse metrics
* Confidence learning new systems and using Word, Excel and Outlook
