We are on the lookout for a proficient Administration and Financial Coordinator to join the professional team at Annettes Place, a forefront provider of quality education in Young NSW. This full time position represents an engaging opportunity for individuals with a robust financial or bookkeeping background, coupled with a fervent passion for exceptional customer service.

**THE ROLE**

As the Administration and Financial Coordinator, your pivotal responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing and managing the Centre's financial operations, including budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reconciliations.
- Coordinating the preparation of funding acquittals and guiding the volunteer committee in annual audit preparations.
- Administering employee timesheets, managing direct debits, and maintaining a thorough record of financial transactions.
- Deploying and overseeing our QuikKids system for operational efficiency.
- Taking charge of debt management, including handling debtors and resolving bad debts promptly.
- Undertaking general administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of our Centre.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, particularly when assisting families with enquiries concerning fees and debits.
- Extensive experience in financial management or bookkeeping, preferably within an educational setting.
- Proficiency with financial and HR software, such as Xero and Tanda.
- A proven track record in preparing funding acquittals and supporting audit preparations.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the capability to effectively address various family enquiries.
- A proactive approach in managing direct debits and debt management.
- The ability to independently implement and manage software systems like QuikKids
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
