* Develop and implement IT procedures in accordance with industry standards
* Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure service level agreements are met
Requirements:
* Significant experience in IT service management, preferably in a corporate environment
* Leadership and management skills to drive the team to achieve its objectives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
* Results-oriented approach to delivering IT services that meet customer expectations
* Flexibility to participate in on-call rosters as required
