Key Responsibilities
* General administrative support to the wider team
* Managing emails, phone calls, and customer enquiries
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
* Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
* Filing, scanning, and document management
* Assisting with invoicing and purchase orders where required
* Supporting day-to-day office operations
About You
* Previous experience in an administration or office support role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
* Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
* Professional presentation and phone manner
