Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor the Development & Building team to deliver exceptional results and drive professional growth
* Drive accountability, performance, and technical excellence across the team

Project Delivery & Operational Oversight
* Oversee project planning and resourcing to ensure seamless execution and quality outcomes
* Support proposal writing and tender responses to secure new business opportunities
* Maintain high-quality outputs and compliance with relevant codes and regulations
Business Development & Client Relationships
* Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, clients, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth
* Lead business development initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and represent the organization at events and within networks
Requirements
* Qualified Civil Engineer, preferably Chartered or willing to attain Chartership
* Experience leading teams in a consultancy or development setting, with a proven track record of delivering results
* Ability to balance operational delivery with financial performance and management of resources
* Confident communicator and strong relationship builder with a growth-oriented mindset
