Working closely with regulators, the Airport Technical Officer, and other stakeholders, you’ll manage all stages of projects—from detailed documentation to contract administration. If you’re ready to shape the future of regional aviation infrastructure, we want to hear from you.The Project Officer is responsible for:Providing specialist technical project assistance for airside and landside infrastructure projects across Tamworth Regional Airport and International Flight Training Tamworth.Ensuring projects are delivered within safety, environmental, quality, time, cost, and service level objectives.Ensuring airside projects comply with aeronautical regulators in conjunction with the Airport Technical Officer and stakeholders.Coordinating and participating in preparing project plans, specifications, tenders, contracts, and other necessary documentation.Preparing contract documentation, supervising, and administering infrastructure contracts for all projects.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEEDNSW Drivers LicenceCertificate in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent experienceExperience in project administration and management, including familiarity with funding agreements, contracts, and principlesAbility to qualify for an ASIC (Aviation Security Identity Card)WH&S Construction Induction CardINTERESTED?
