We are on the lookout for an Event Manager eager to manage the delivery and execution of our activations and events, from our warehouse to the event location.

About the Role - The Day to Day:
- Operations
: Maintain a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and teams hit the right note at every venue

Runsheet Planning:
Coordinate and execute event run sheets with precision and flair

On Site Management:
Ensure our events and carts are picture-perfect and our operations run seamlessly

Client Relationships:
Foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate

Bump-in & Out Events
: Be a part of the onsite team, handling the logistics of bumping in and bumping out

Driving
: Deliver and set up at our events

Warehouse
: Station and prepare events in our warehouse
- Team Work:
Collaborate with a close-knit team, where your passion for the catering industry will help orchestrate success
Work Schedule:
* Flexibility on work weekdays and weekends as events require
* Early starts through the week (in preparation for those early morning coffee carts)
* Ongoing training and professional development
Note:
This role requires driving and some heavy lifting
