To provide efficient, courteous customer service and sound information/ advice to members and promoting advantages of health insurance to members who have newly moved to Australia and seeking health cover as part of their Visa.

**What you will be doing**:
- Answering and responding professionally to high-volume inbound calls from healthcare services customers
- Create unique and tailored experiences for customers
- Identify the customer's needs regarding their healthcare insurance needs
- Maintain accuracy of membership database
- Resolve issues and complaints in line with company standards and guidelines in a friendly manner
- Assisting Members with health care coverage in relation to Visa requests

- Experience working in a call centre
- Excellent communication and resolution skills
- Interpersonal skills and Sales Orientation
- Customer service and/or clerical experience
- Computer literacy
- Ambition to achieve KPI's
