About the Role:
We have an exciting role as a Sales and Customer Service Consultant in our retail store in Maroochydore. You'll bring Medibank products and services to your local QLD community, showing individual accountability and responsibility for supporting customers end-to-end with outstanding service.
You possess diverse skills to solve standard day-to-day problems and serve customers in various channels (in-store, phone, community, or messaging). You're curious, creative, and take accountability for delivering results, experimenting with new ideas and ways of working.
