Base pay range
A$50.00/hr - A$54.00/hr
Location: Pinkenba, QLD | Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We're looking for skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Technicians, or Fitters to join our team in Pinkenba, QLD. This hybrid role gives you the best of both worlds: workshop maintenance and field service.

Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain heavy plant machinery and trucks
- Diagnose and repair breakdowns on site
- Deliver work to Downer's high safety and quality standards
- Work both independently and as part of a skilled team
About You
- Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Plant Mechanics, or Fitting (essential)
- Strong hydraulic knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Experience with mobile plant, trucks, and heavy equipment
- Auto electrical experience highly regarded
- HR and Forklift licences desirable
- Proactive, safety-first approach to work
